Martin is the founder and principal consultant of Data Driven Era. He started his career in retail with Marks & Spencer, eventually transforming their Business Intelligence system and Data Culture.

After founding Data Driven Era (DDE), Martin Zeman has honed his expertise in the Private Equity sector, focusing on the rapid and pragmatic implementation of data-driven strategies to optimize sales, marketing, and customer success functions.

With a background in computer science and a wealth of experience across diverse sectors, Martin is known for his results-oriented approach and his ability to transform data into actionable insights that drive measurable business growth.


Matthew Lynch – Digital Transformation Leader

Matt is our Media and Publishing sector specialist, bringing over 20 years of experience in leadership and project management. His notable achievements include:
